Executives bring talents to enterprise architecture, GRC solutions leader

RAYNHAM, Mass, February 1 , 2011 – MEGA, industry leader in enterprise architecture (EA), business process analysis (BPA), and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions, has appointed Philippe Bobo as vice president of research and development and Nicolas Betbeder-Matibet as vice president of business development.

The two executives are joining MEGA during another period of sustained growth in the company’s 20-year history.  

“Our company continues to grow by providing added value in EA, BPA, and GRC. We had  many new customers join us in 2010 and are adding more industry knowledge and talent to support our worldwide customer base and expand into new areas,” noted Lucio de Risi, CEO MEGA.

Bobo is an engineer by training, and holds an MBA from HEC. He was most recently CIO of a professional press group and director of R&D in its software vendor subsidiary. Before that, Bobo was a project manager at Alcatel Space and IBM, and worked in similar positions at other companies. He has also founded and directed two software companies. His expertise is in B2B software, from programming to sales.

Betbeder-Matibet was with Logica Management Consulting, as a senior manager for the “change management” business team. He also was a director in charge of the insurance practice, developing both business consulting and IT consulting. He started his career a number of years ago with MEGA, where he spent six years as a product manager. Betbeder-Matibet holds a bachelor in engineering from ENSIMAG and an MBA from ESCP.
