Banking Group leader discusses success in customer services at EA Forum

LONDON, March 7, 2011 – MEGA, an early leader in business architecture (BA) and noted industry expert in enterprise architecture (EA), will be featured in a case study presented at Forrester’s Enterprise Architecture Forum EMEA 2011, March 15-16 in London.

The presentation, Putting our Members and Customers First through Business Architecture, by Mark Murphy and Peter Lycholat from Co-operative Banking Group, will show how The Co-operative Banking Group, with nine million customers, has reshaped its process strategy to help meet business goals. It used the MEGA Suite in a BA initiative focused on improving service to customers and members.
