Banking Group leader discusses success in customer services at EA Forum
LONDON, March 7, 2011 – MEGA, an early leader in business architecture (BA) and noted industry expert in enterprise architecture (EA), will be featured in a case study presented at Forrester’s Enterprise Architecture Forum EMEA 2011, March 15-16 in London.
