New Asia office for MEGA will provide localized sales and support for APAC companies
Singapore, March 8th, 2010 – MEGA, a recognized leader in enterprise architecture (EA) and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, has opened a subsidiary in Singapore. This is the company’s eighth international location, and in Asia, it follows a subsidiary previously opened in Japan.
New personnel will coordinate operations in Singapore. Ken Reimer, vice president, Asia, and Philip Von Meyenburg, business development manager, have been appointed to the new subsidiary. Both come from Pelagic, a MEGA distributor in Asia. This operation will be under the direction of Jean-Luc Fort, recently appointed as vice president for international operations at MEGA.
“There is rapidly growing demand for software solutions for Asia-based companies,” explained Lucio de Risi, CEO, MEGA. “There is especially high demand for risk management and GRC solutions right now from the Asian financial services industry.”
With economic growth in Asia outpacing other areas of the world, MEGA plans to provide localized support through the Singapore operations.
“MEGA is known for its close relationships with customers and we have opened these new operations in Singapore to serve existing customers and expand the business,” de Risi continued.
MEGA Asia is located on Orchard Road in Singapore. To reach the office, call +65 6733 4470.
