Customized workflow lifecycles
MEGA TeamWork provides configuration tools to create or modify a workflow definition, with the possibility to design workflow diagrams and launch emails and notifications at given stages in the workflow.
MEGA Suite Repository collaboration tools
Project team members have access to the list of their running workflows and their statuts, to the types of workflows that they have permission to start, and to a wizard that guides them through the launching of a new workflow.
Request For Change (RFC) Workflow
A predefined workflow enables the launching of a Request for Change on any object or model in the repository. With a connection to MEGA Advisor, the Web-based portal, even someone outside of the project team can send a Request For Change.
