MEGA TeamReport Overview
Producing and sharing documentation quickly and easily is often required for large projects and Enterprise Architecture initiatives. MEGA TeamReport provides modeling users with collaborative document creation capabilities using a combination of content from both the Repository and text, with easy-to-use drag-and-drop tools.
MEGA TeamReport allows project team members to collaboratively build, and eventually share, a document on the fly without the need for a pre-defined template. Users can insert their own comments and add information about any object in the Repository, including diagrams and reports.
In order to easily create and generate a presentation, users can structure documents into chapters and paragraphs, which organizes the document’s content in a way that is easily understood by all key stakeholders involved in the project. The resulting document can be inserted into a Web site or converted to PDF or RTF format for a hard copy. It is also dynamically accessible from MEGA Advisor, allowing the end user to view the most up-to-date information and ensuring easy navigation between various parts of the report.
