MEGA Event and Loss overview

MEGA Event and Loss enables the consolidation of event and loss data in a common repository and the establishment of links to control and risk data in order to facilitate analysis and reporting. The product offers functionalities to capture events and incidents through integration with third party tools as well as manual input. It allows the attachment of documents, and precisely qualifies the losses by type, frequency, cause, location and amount.

MEGA Event and Loss includes a series of standard reports to compare and analyze data and features and to document recovery procedures.

The underlying platform enables information sharing and data exchange with the other tools in the MEGA Suite.

Main features

  • Incident and event management
    Event recognition is organized either through integration with third party tools or manual input. The possibility to document and report incidents contributes to evidence records.
    Alerts based on loss thresholds can be configured. The centralization of all data in a common repository enables the linking of events with processes, risks, multiple losses, recoveries and costs.

 

  • Loss and recovery management
    Predefined loss reports are provided by type, frequency, cause, location and amount. Recovery procedure documentation and the aggregation of all data and information support the analysis of both internal and external losses in relation with events, incidents and recovery procedures.
