As the founder of MEGA International, Lucio de Risi leads the company with a particular focus on driving international business development. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Politecnico University in Naples and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President, Research and Development
Before joining MEGA, Philippe Bobo was the CIO of InfoPro Communications and Head of R&D at its software vendor division. He has founded two software companies and served as project manager for both Alcatel Space and IBM. Philippe has also worked in similar positions at other companies. Philippe has an engineering degree from SupAero and an MBA from HEC business school.
Vice President, Marketing
Robert Raiola has over 20 years of experience in managing and leading sales and marketing teams in the high tech sector. After spending 10 years at Microsoft France, where he held several sales management positions, he joined Adobe, where for eight years he managed marketing operations for the French region. His success there led to the expanded role of managing the EMEA marketing teams. Before joining MEGA, Robert directed EMEA’s marketing at Brightcove, a US-based cloud solution vendor. During this period, Brightcove doubled its revenue and was successfully introduced on the NASDAQ. Robert has a master’s degree in economics from the Paris Dauphine University.
Senior Vice President & Managing Director of North America
Frank Bernieri is responsible for leading MEGA’s North American business. Prior to joining MEGA, Frank was the Vice President of North America Sales for Ansys, Incorporated. Prior to Ansys, Frank was an Area Vice President and then Division Vice President at ADP responsible for ADP’s $400 million Northeast Division. While at ADP, Frank also served as the Division Vice President of Sales Productivity and Leadership Development. Frank began his career at IBM in sales. While at IBM, he was promoted to executive roles in both sales management and product management.
Frank received his BA in Economics from Upsala College and his MBA in Marketing from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
Vice President, France and French-speaking Operations
Ludovic Relandeau manages MEGA’s operations in France and French-speaking countries, providing direction for business development, sales, consulting, and operations. After setting up MEGA North America’s consulting practice, he was appointed Vice President of UK Operations in 2004.
Henri-Louis de Vilmorin
Vice President, Global Sales Management
Henri-Louis de Vilmorin has 16 years of experience with enterprise software companies such as Welcome Real-time and Cartesis (later acquired by Business Objects). He has a Master’s Degree in Management from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Vice President, Italian Operations
Renato Capanna manages MEGA’s operations in Italy, where he was formerly Consulting Director. Prior to joining MEGA, Renato held senior positions in large organizations such as Arthur Andersen and CRIF, where he oversaw the development of the operational consulting department. He has also served as Chief of the Organizational & Business Continuity department for Neos Banca, and was the founder and owner of a consulting firm for two years.
