BOSTON, September 25, 2015 – MEGA International will host an executive lunch on October 6 at the Enterprise Architecture conference in Washington, DC.
MEGA will present guest speaker Victor Ecarma from Booz Allen Hamilton. He’ll speak about Actionable Enterprise Architecture that Delivers Value.
“The enterprise architecture role has limited time to create momentum for buy-in, implementation, and value-add to support decision making,” explained Ecarma. “Chief architects and the EA team should know the common pitfalls that derail initiatives and the best practices they can follow to achieve positive results.”
Ecarma has implemented large scale enterprise architecture (EA) initiatives within the Department of Defense (DoD) and for commercial clients, providing key decision making support capabilities for C-level executives. He has been the technical task lead and senior enterprise architect for the Booz Allen EA team for nearly 10 years.
Agencies and enterprises have been using MEGA’s EA solutions for more than 20 years to create a ‘single source of truth’. This united, interactive view of the business, its assets, processes and risks, can be shared by many employees, work groups and managers across division lines or geographies to increase collaboration and help executives initiate successful digital transformation programs.
MEGA’s solutions help organizations manage the alignment of technology resources with industry standards and frameworks such as the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF 2.0), the NATO Architecture Framework (NAF), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and others. In addition, agencies can:
- solve complex problems
- leverage data to drive decisions
- promote collaboration within the agency and across agencies
- facilitate integration of multiple systems and technologies
MEGA has long been recognized by industry analysts. Gartner, Inc. has named MEGA as a leader in its EA Magic Quadrant reports for six consecutive years. The company received the 2015 Technology Innovation Award from GRC 20/20 Research. MEGA has also been cited as a leader by Chartis Research and Hypatia Research Group.
