IT veteran will guide future direction of EA, GRC solution
PARIS, July 5, 2011 – MEGA, recognized leader in enterprise architecture (EA), with business process analysis (BPA) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions, today named Philippe Lazare as director of product management.
Lazare, a 20-year IT veteran, will oversee the direction of the MEGA Suite, which is chosen by the most distinguished global leaders and Fortune 500 companies to improve business performance and reduce costs. Enterprises use the software to help them anticipate market trends, guard against risks, and make better business decisions.

Before joining MEGA, Lazare was head of the Paris office for Itecor, a consulting company focused on IT governance, and started the Paris office for Equitime, a time management software company. He was also co-founder of Delia Systems, an intelligent scheduling solutions company, and COO of NX Technologies, which was sold to T–Systems. Lazare began his career in R&D with IBM and with SoftEase, a PC company.
Lazare holds an engineering degree from Ecole des Mines de Paris and an executive MBA from HEC Paris. He also did post-graduate work in artificial intelligence.
