RAYNHAM, Mass., October 19, 2009 –MEGA today announced that Henri-Louis de Vilmorin has joined the company as vice president of Global Sales Management. He will coordinate all sales operations throughout the world.

The company has extended its business offering during the past two years, adding governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions to its proven enterprise architecture (EA) and business process analysis (BPA) products. During this time, the company also added a new subsidiary in Mexico and established many new partnerships in Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
De Vilmorin has16 years of experience with enterprise software companies. He was previously executive vice president of Global Sales at Welcome Real-time, a leader in loyalty software solutions for financial institutions, and vice president of International Sales and Alliances at performance management software vendor Cartesis, acquired by Business Objects in 2007. Earlier in his career, he held various management positions in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries.
He graduated from Panthéon-Sorbonne University with a master’s in Management.
