The first MEGA UK User Conference will be held on 9 December, 2008 at The Waldorf Hilton Hotel, London. Addressing both enterprise architecture (EA) and business process analysis (BPA) this conference will highlight case studies, a workshop, and a panel discussion around the work done with the MEGA Modeling Suite.
The topics to be addressed are:
- Model management and ensuring that models remain alive and up to date;
- Stakeholder adoption of the process-centric enterprise type;
- Gaining support from upper management;
- Web publishing and modes of communication.
The User Conference will allow MEGA users to learn from other users’ experiences, discuss their projects and share best practices. It will be followed by a Drinks Reception.
