MEGA is looking for individuals who are able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive innovative solutions for our clients.
You will work as part of the consulting team forming close relationships with key stakeholders across a number of disciplines including IT and business specialists.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Enterprise Architecture Planning – leveraging our proven EA methodology and MEGA toolset to develop actionable enterprise architecture;
- Architecture Governance – provide guidance and leadership to clients on how to leverage actionable EA to make, carry out and enforce the right IT decisions;
- Application Portfolio Optimization – assess application consolidation/optimization opportunities across multiple business functions and technology platforms;
- Infrastructure Transformation – identify gaps in operational capability and provide a roadmap to an optimal performance infrastructure;
- Risk Management – assess risks, understand impacts, and provide controls that will minimize risks making them manageable and acceptable to the enterprise;
- Interview client staff and management during business process/IT assessments and communicate the results effectively.
Qualifications:
- General understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks (Zachman, DoDAF, FEAF, TOGAF);
- Commercial experience in some of the following IT architecture styles: Client/Server, Batch, Data Warehousing, ERP/SCM/CRM, SOA/Integration, Mobile, Portal and Infrastructure;
- Knowledge of Component Based and Service Oriented Architectures;
- Business process analysis, modeling and optimization.
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills;
- Excellent client service and relationship building skills at IT Management level;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Experience of working as part of project teams in a consulting or strong customer oriented environment;
- Desirable experience of project management methodology such as PMBOK (PMI);
- Desirable experience with qualitative and quantitative analytic methods;
- Ability to travel, when applicable.
