London – May 9, 2008
MEGA International, a global leader in providing enterprise architecture, business process analysis, and governance, risk, and compliance solutions, announced today that it will be launching a new series of free, fortnightly webinars on business process management (BPM), commencing on May 13 and finishing on September 9, 2008.
Objectively, the webinars will aim to help managers starting out and others further into BPM operations learn more about best practices and how to avoid potential issues. Topics to be covered will include the return on investment (RoI) to be gained from business process modelling, followed by guidance on effective implementation, ways to re-vitalise BPM initiatives, and the use of appropriate methodologies to improve governance, reduce risk and comply with regulatory demands. The series will finish off with how to use the discipline to support a robust service oriented architecture (SOA) strategy.
MEGA has designed the webinars to interest chief operational officers (COO) and related directors; business executives and managers; chief information officers (CIO), IT executives and related managers; project, programme and portfolio managers; business analysts, enterprise architects, and solution architects in many industry sectors.
“In these webinars, presented by senior consultants from MEGA, we will aim to help participants by sharing our fifteen years of experience and knowledge in BPM and related topics,” said Ludovic Relandeau, the company’s Vice President of UK operations.
“At whatever stage has been reached in the BPM journey it should be possible to gain new ideas, refreshing insights and valuable guidance about how to improve business performance and achieve the best results,” he said.
