RAYNHAM, Mass., July 21, 2008 – MEGA has appointed Valentin Thoris as the director of consulting for the company’s North American operations.

Thoris will manage the operation of MEGA’s consulting practice in North America, working directly with consulting managers and clients to grow MEGA’s large and successful services business in this region. His focus will be on business development, client project execution, and program planning.

“MEGA has a very strong business in North America, and the growth potential is tremendous. Valentin has already demonstrated exceptional capabilities as a consulting manager. His business acumen and deep knowledge of methodology will help move our consulting program forward,” noted Terence Lee, vice president, North American Operations, MEGA.

Thoris has been with MEGA for more than six years as a consulting manager and senior consultant, working on many client projects and accounts. Previously, he worked as a cost controller at VINCI.

Thoris holds an MBA in International Project Management from ISC, Paris, France, was part of the Erasmus Exchange Program at Lund University in Sweden, and attended the Political Science Institute at IEP, in Lille, France.

He is based in MEGA’s Washington, D.C. office.
