Course Overview:

• Learn and apply basic business process modeling concepts.
• Understand the process analysis approach: identifying and describing processes to improve company performance and customer satisfaction.
• Learn how to use the MEGA Process tool in a realistic modeling project context.
• Understand, through concrete examples and a series of exercises, the value added by the MEGA Repository, including integrated modeling rules and document generators.
• Escalating into the MEGA Architecture topics, discover the basic methods recommended by MEGA to re-appropriate an existing information system.
• Understand the specialized graphical editor to model application architecture, technical infrastructures and IT City Planning.
• Discover a repository: which records objects and the links between objects, to assure the coherence of the models.
• Learn to outline the main phases of a modeling project, produce project outputs and documentation and explore the repository information with the query tool.
