Steve Harknett, Group Process Management Director, Easynet Ltd Biography:
An experience business process professional with wide experience in telecommunications and customer services. Joined Easynet in May 2006 as the Group Process Management Director with objectives to improve processes from a customer perspective as well as effectiveness and efficiency viewpoints. Prior to joining Easynet Steve Harknett was Head of Process Improvement in COLT for 7 years and was greatly involved in the design, development and deployment of operational processes into the organisation, both automated and manual. He was a sponsor and active in the TMF catalyst programme developing and testing BPM methodologies to move from process design to an automated executable.
Currently his teams are active in developing system requirements for Order Management and Provisioning for deployment in workflow systems, Change Management and Incident/Problem Management.
