The registration fee of $350 will be discounted to $250 each for multiple attendees from the same organization.

Submission of a registration online, by phone, email or fax constitutes an official booking.
MEGA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual. MEGA's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Applications and payments that are not accepted will be returned. Full payment must be received to complete the registration. Your registration is not considered confirmed unless full payment has been received. Registrations may be refunded if the cancellation is made, in writing, to Accounting, MEGA, 175 Paramount Drive, Suite 303, Raynham, MA 02767 by September 5, 2008. Cancellations received after September 5, 2008 or non-attendance will not be refunded. Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to September 25. By agreeing to these terms and conditions and submitting your registration, you agree that, in the unlikely event that there is a disputed payment issue or credit card charge, that MEGA will use this registration as evidence that said charge is valid.
