Created in 1991 as a spin-off from Cap Gemini, MEGA International is still owned and directly managed by its founders. They have developed the company from a French 10-consultant shop to the internationally established and renowned company of today.

Lucio de Risi
President and CEO
Lucio acquired MEGA from Cap Gemini in 1991 and has managed the company with a particular focus on fostering its international growth. He holds a BA in engineering from Politecnico of Naples and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
François Tabourot
Chief Operating Officer
François is a co-founder of MEGA. He is responsible for international operations, including sales. François spent most of his career as a part of MEGA within the Hay Group and Gemini Consulting. François graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Arts et Métiers in Paris with a degree in engineering.
Jacques Mercey
Vice President, Research and Development
Jacques directs all of MEGA's product developments and drives the vision of MEGA's technical strategy. Jacques holds a degree in engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
