The MEGA Services Department is integral to our product implementations. We provide experienced consultants to our clients that are implementing MEGA software products and teach them how MEGA can help them build better processes, make better decisions, and drive positive change through modeling.
Our goal is simple: assist the client with how best to apply MEGA to solve problems that can benefit from business process (BP) and enterprise architecture (EA) modeling and simulation.
MEGA’s Initial Engagement offers demonstrable, high-value results to prepare the client to best use the software suite to solve business and technical problems:
- The strategy for how to start a project using MEGA is defined.
- Users understand how they will use MEGA software products to perform their work.
- Client-specific product implementation is thoroughly understood.
- Users are trained on each product module.
Engagement Summary
Our consultants have extensive experience and knowledge in how to apply MEGA to an organization’s change management processes, both within business units performing analysis and within departments managing software changes to critical business applications.
- Phase 1: Initial Engagement. In this phase, MEGA performs analysis to understand the organization that will be using the product, conducts initial training, and provides the framework for the client to use the product successfully.
- Phase 2: Pilot Project Support. Implementing MEGA’s software on a real project supported by methods and guidance is the most effective way to train personnel and demonstrate value.
- Phase 3: Address Individual Business Needs. In this phase, MEGA Consulting Services are actively engaging differing business units and/or project teams to solve specific problems, such as re-engineering the client’s SDLC process to use MEGA, planning and executing an enterprise deployment of product and training, or populating a MEGA repository with core application architectures and business processes.
