An accomplished senior information technology leader and business development executive, Mr. Klipp has enjoyed over 20 years of success planning, implementing, validating, and managing sophisticated information technology initiatives and programs as an IT operations manager within the Federal Government and technology sector. He has implemented and validated over 20 major systems, against tight deadlines and budgets, for diverse service, telecommunications, and defense organizations.
Mr. Klipp is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and completed his MBA degree at Georgia State University. He passed the Virginia Polytechnic Institutes Quality Engineer Certification exam in 1993, became an ASQC Certified Software Quality Engineer in 1999, and a Program Management Institute’s Project Management Professional in 2003. He has authored technical papers and articles with titles such as “Quality Assurance Services for Enterprise Resource Planning Packages” and “Automated Regression Testing During Rapid Development.”
