Terence Lee - Vice President MEGA North America

Terence Lee has extensive experience in enterprise architecture and business process analysis projects, and brings over 22 years of experience to the organization. Terry Lee manages the solutions sales practice, responsible for all direct business development in North America. He establishes the strategy, approach, and team members for consulting engagements with new and existing clients, and often participates in projects with the consulting personnel. Terry Lee's knowledge of workflow, process improvement, portfolio management, risk management, and IT operations enables MEGA clients to start the projects faster, deliver ROI and value more clearly, and ensure the start of a mutually successful relationship with MEGA.

Dan Hebda - Vice President of Technology

Dan Hebda is responsible for the oversight of the Information Technology, Pre-Sales and Technical Support departments of MEGA North America. He has lead complex, enterprise-wide engagements specializing in the fields of Knowledge Management and Enterprise Architecture to support organizational definitions and strategic objectives. He works with clients to identify the best framework and methodological approach to ensure continuity across multiple projects.
Through his experience and knowledge of modeling techniques, Dan provides a comprehensive understanding of the MEGA technology to supply direction on tool usage, administrative design and product customization. He works with companies to capture information, design business processes, technical architecture and application integration to ensure alignment with their corporate strategic initiatives.
