Dan Hebda - Vice President, Operations, MEGA North America

Dan manages MEGA’s business throughout the US and Canada, providing direction for business development, sales, consulting, and operations.
He previously was vice president of technology for MEGA, owner and principal consultant at Adestin, Inc. a technology consulting firm, and systems analyst/developer at Houghton Mifflin Company. Dan has a BS in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Dan has led many complex programs in enterprise architecture and knowledge management. Through his expertise in enterprise architecture, business architecture and GRC, Dan helps customers begin projects faster and deliver ROI sooner. His background in business processes, administrative design, technical architecture, application integration, and product customization helps him guide companies in their strategic initiatives with MEGA.

Patrick Wells – Director of GRC Business Development

Patrick is responsible for business development at MEGA, overseeing the GRC practice in North America. He focuses on bringing value and innovation to MEGA’s stakeholders using the industry leading MEGA Suite for GRC. He is responsible for managing partnerships, product training, and sales channel development. He also provides support and industry expertise to the sales and marketing departments at MEGA. Patrick brings over 16 years of project management, implementation, consulting ,and business development experience to the company.

Rick Winnik - Director, Consulting, MEGA North America

Rick manages the professional services staff of MEGA North America to deliver a high level of expertise and assistance to MEGA customers. He works closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and develops new programs to assist in their deployment of successful enterprise architecture, business architecture, and GRC programs.
He was previously a managing consultant at MEGA, owner and managing partner of KTW Consulting, which specialized in a process-centered framework, and director of finance for Bell Canada. Rick has a BA in Economics from York University and is a certified management accountant (CMA).
