About the job

We’re looking for an experienced and driven business developer to join our business development team in EMEA; this role will especially be dedicated to the UK where we operate directly and Nordics where we work with partners. She/He will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to increase company revenue and market share.

As a business developer at MEGA, you will develop client relationships to understand their business objectives and needs better. After marketing activities, you are the welcoming person for our prospects and clients and their first contact (through emails or phone calls).

  • After a period of training to level up your skills and understanding of our offer and business environment, you will qualify leads, identify opportunities, explore our prospects’ needs and deliver compelling answers to them
  • Maintain a high standard of quality for our data in our CRM (leads, accounts, contacts and records)
  • Create strong relationships with the sales team in the region, with our partners to define common objectives and how we will support all stakeholders to reach our targets
  • You will physically participate to some events
  • Mid-term progression possible: management of a team for EMEA

What we expect from you

  • 3 - 5 years of BtoB experience with sales, partnership/alliances, or business development
  • BtoB software is a plus
  • Natural leadership and willing to play collectively to grow with people
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to measure and report on the success of your work
  • English native, other European language is a plus
