About your job

As a Systems and Networks Technician, you will be key in our ability to deliver an outstanding experience to our employees and customers, who are among the largest organizations worldwide in every industry.
You will be an active member of the global IT Systems and Networks team. As such, you will daily interact and collaborate with colleagues and management based in LATAM, USA, EMEA and APAC.

In accordance with ITIL best practices, you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Pick-up of and manage user requests local and worldwide
  • Ticketing follow-up worldwide 
  • Escalate, if necessary, incidents to Administrators
  • Analyze and diagnose network problems, perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Manage the daily maintenance of the IT infrastructures
  • Take care of assets management
  • Monitor SaaS plateforms and apply resolution process
  • Maintain masters deployment local and worldwide

The tight and efficient cooperation within the IT team, whose manager is in France, is key for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction of our customers.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of IT management experience.
  • 2+ years of Technical Support and Application support
  • Fluent English.

Location: Mexico City

Working environment

Working hours: 9am-6pm 
Based in MEGA’s Mexico City office but reporting to Paris management.

Contract: Permanent contract to be fulfilled as soon as possible
