Responsibilities of the Regional Marketing and Sales Coordinator

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing and Sales Development departments run smoothly
  • Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Enter and process leads info into Salesforce
  • Assist with organizing promotional and office event logistics including event attendance, presentation templates, agenda, etc.
  • Assist in identifying the appropriate target audiences to receive emails
  • Assist in posting social media to LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Measure and analyze email and campaign performance metrics, develop reports and generate insights to continuously iterate and improve engagement
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
  • Proofread documents to verify their effectiveness in conveying the necessary message, correct as to imagery, content, grammar, spelling and typographical errors

Requirements for postion of Marketing and Sales Coordinator 

  • 1+ years in a marketing related function (Internships are great!)
  • Passionate and driven about marketing, cloud-based technology, B2B business
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques (Salesforce a plus)
  • Experience using social media for business purposes
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Creativity and confidence to try & test new ideas
  • Collaborative, upbeat, and a fast learner willing to jump in to our team’s fast-paced projects and have fun!
  • BA degree in Marketing or relevant field
