The application will make it possible to ensure safety instructions are followed in real-time and that any incidents are immediately reported, thus reassuring employees and managers.
When employees return to their workplace companies must be able to assure employees that hygiene measures are managed and enforced, and provide clarity around possible incidents and resultant communications.

Free for MEGA customers, the application allows managers to ensure all security measures are deployed in accordance with regulations and employees are informed and involved in their effective implementation by reporting any breaches.

HOPEX Trust’s main features include:
- A display of the company’s security measures for its employees. Employees are invited to read and attest to their understanding of the instructions.
- A checklist to be completed by each employee to ensure their compliance with the security measures implemented by the company.
- The possibility for each employee to report incidents in the event of a security breach (e.g. lack of masks or hand sanitizer gel). Categories of incidents are predefined allowing instant communication to the appropriate people such as HR, financial, management and/or legal.
- Dashboards tracking the number of incidents, their location, and severity allowing management to quickly implement corrective measures.
The data is collected in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and anonymized if the user chooses.
