That includes ongoing reviews to make sure you maximize your usage of the platform. You will be accompanied by a MEGA expert who will, among other things:
- Establish a permanent relationship between you and MEGA, being your primary contact after the successful deployment of the solution
- Support you to walk successfully through onboarding and adoption phases and enable you to get the best out of the product
- Work with you on a success plan, matching your individual success criteria
- Help you with critical ticket solving and other operational questions, making a connection to MEGA internal experts
- Provide you with inspiring ideas and what could / should be done next
