MEGA International appoints Christine Durand as Chief People Officer

BOSTON/PARIS – MEGA International, a leading SaaS software company in enterprise architecture, announces the appointment of Christine Durand as Chief People Officer and member of the management board to support the company in its growth and development of its most valuable asset, its people.

Christine will be responsible for building upon MEGA’s human-centric business approach as the company continues to grow and expand its global presence. She has more than 18 years of experience in the Human Resources sector and a passion for people’s empowerment in the workplace.  

In her new role with MEGA, Christine will manage the Employee Experience: talent attraction, well-being, corporate social responsibility efforts, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Christine will oversee leadership development and people empowerment and lead the change in creating MEGA’s international Human Resources strategy and its execution in partnership with regional HR representatives.

Before joining MEGA, Christine served as Human Richness Director for Albéa in Paris, as Senior HR Business Partner for Bombardier Aerospace in Montreal, and as Human Resources Manager for In Mind, also based in Montreal. She has extensive international experience, including in the UK and Australia.
