Boston/Paris - MEGA International, a leading SaaS software company in enterprise architecture, announces the appointment of Luca de Risi as CEO to pursue growth and strengthen its innovation strategy. This appointment is part of a change initiative, but also in the continuity of his career within the executive committee of MEGA, which he joined three years ago as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in charge of global operations.
At 36, Luca will lead the global strategy to pursue the development of the company and maintain MEGA’s leading position in all its markets. He succeeds Lucio de Risi, who retains his duties as Chairman of the Holding company.
After several successful experiences in pre-sales and consulting positions in Europe and the United States, Luca was appointed Country Manager of the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) in 2017 where he developed the company by doubling revenue in 3 years. He then became COO in 2020. Luca holds a master's degree from EM Lyon and is passionate about cooking and cycling.
