MEGA International, a software company recognized as a leader in enterprise architecture for 13 consecutive years, announces the creation of 50 new positions in France and in its subsidiaries to strengthen its global teams and support its growth. After having achieved its recruitment objectives in 2021, MEGA is continuing its expansion in 2022 and strengthening opportunities for employees to join other regions and have greater global mobility.

Many job openings with various profiles
Despite the difficult global health and economic situation of the past couple years, MEGA International hired 15 employees in 2020 and 40 more hires in 2021 in France and its subsidiaries.

To support its growth in 2022, MEGA plans to recruit 50 new employees in software engineering, architecture, sales, consulting, data, project management, and testing. The positions to be filled are based in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Morocco, Mexico, and Germany.
To support the professional integration of entry level employees, nearly half the open positions are for recently graduated college students and young professionals.

International mobility and individual coaching
With 340 employees around the world from 27 different nationalities including France, Italy, Morocco, United States, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, and Australia, MEGA provides employees with international career opportunities. The company promotes professional development by encouraging internal mobility and offering the opportunity to benefit from a multicultural environment where diversity is a source of enrichment and learning.

At MEGA, new employees benefit from support throughout their career within the company. This is based on an ambitious on-boarding program (15-day cross-functional integration path, assignment of a mentor and a "buddy”), local management with strong feedback (5 to 7 interviews per year) and telework. To promote collaboration rather than working in silos, MEGA has redesigned its head office located in the 14th arrondissement in Paris, to incorporate the right balance between spaces dedicated to individual work and collaborative spaces (project spaces, meeting rooms, studios, and social spaces).

« We are happy to hire new talent to share our values and work in a dynamic environment. With an innovative HR policy based on transparency and openness, we are proud to support our employees in their personal development wishes while ensuring their professional development as well,” explains Karima Chauvalon, Chief Human Resources Officer for MEGA International.
